Venkat has over 25 years of experience in IT, managing large business units, forming strategic alliances, building customer relationship, and change management and delivery management across multiple industries, business domains, technologies & geographies.

He believes that an organization must always have a sense of purpose and continually invest to stay relevant to its stakeholders, including people, clients, partners, community, and shareholders. His prior experiences include working in entrepreneurial capacities and working for multinational companies including Fujitsu that have enabled him to bring the “can do” spirit into his work in all his assignments.

Venkat has held senior leadership positions at several companies and has been responsible for overseeing the global businesses in Americas, Europe, Middle-East and India, as well as working with customers, sales, and delivery organizations to ensure both customer and employee successes.

Venkat has a proven track record of delivering profitable growth for customers. He has strong customer-orientation, large deal experience, and a track record of delivering transformative digital solutions.

He holds a Chartered Accountant degree (equivalent to CPA) .

Kerry has spent the last 30 plus years working with private and public sectors to procure software applications and professional services. He has spent time with both Oracle and Thomson Reuters, selling their cloud applications to agencies and organizations across multiple departments, including, but not limited to, finance, HR and legal. Kerry currently consults in an advisory capacity for FourthSquare, developing its business development and go-to-market strategies. Kerry holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.

For 30 years Joe has been earning customers’ trust working in sales, consulting, delivery, customer success, strategic partnerships, and systems & software management. Joe’s experience provides a 360-degree perspective to drive customer centric digital transformation services utilizing key partner software products from on-premise licenses to IaaS, PaaS and SaaS subscriptions. Joe’s consultative approach guides customers of all sizes from enterprise, midmarket, SMB, and public sector, as well as various industries from manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, retail, education, and state & local to focus on a services led approach to address their immediate digital needs.

Integrity, empathy, hard work, and harmony are Joe’s key principles to building long lasting relationships with customers and partners. Bruce is a highly accomplished technology leader with over 28 years of experience spearheading large-scale Oracle ERP initiatives across state and local government, education, and healthcare. He brings deep industry knowledge and a collaborative leadership approach, consistently working with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to align technology initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Throughout his career, Bruce has delivered Oracle services to over 100 clients spanning the public sector, education, healthcare, and commercial domains. He has successfully led globally distributed teams from 5 to more than 80 consultants, and has overseen enterprise application services for organizations with operating budgets ranging from $100 million to $4 billion. His expertise encompasses initiative planning, solution development, sales enablement, contract negotiation and delivery oversight with a variety of prime and subcontractors.

Most recently, Bruce held executive positions at Sierra-Cedar and Highstreet IT Solutions IT, where he led complex digital transformation programs and managed Oracle Cloud managed services portfolios. He has also served in leadership roles at HTC Global Services, CIBER Inc., and the University of Southern California

Bruce holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Regis University, and a Master of Arts from the University of Colorado.

Joseph brings over 13 years of experience in Oracle technologies, underpinned by a strong foundation in Accounting. His career has been shaped by a decade-long tenure at Toyota Boshoku America, a leading player in the automotive industry, where he successfully led large-scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on positive customer experience, change management, operational excellence and strategic leadership.

As a seasoned service delivery leader, Joe has consistently driven process optimization and lean operations, empowering teams to align technology solutions with core business goals. His leadership philosophy combines rigor and empathy setting clear, results driven standards while remaining deeply attuned to the needs of teams and stakeholders.

Neha is a leadership professional with more than 21 years of regional and global experience, focused on delivery management, program management, and consulting across industries in the enterprise applications space. As a Managing Director, she is heading our Global Delivery Centres and responsible for scaling and optimizing service delivery for our team and operations globally.

She is a business-savvy leader who has led teams of highly-talented IT professionals and successfully managed implementations and support of ERP solutions. She has a passion for building and managing teams that deliver exceptional service. She oversees building high performance teams to align with our service offerings, capabilities, and partnerships to address customers changing business and technology needs, provide direction and strategy to encourage the achievement of company objectives.

Before this, Neha worked for Fujitsu in various technology and management roles and at different global locations.

Neha holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.

Sanjay is a seasoned technology management executive with over 25 years of experience. His forte lies in leveraging diverse technologies to tackle real-world business challenges. He has held several executive and senior level roles in IT, with the most recent one where he led the technology department of a fast-growing nutritional supplier. With a rich background spanning technology, data, PMO, people management, and executive leadership roles, Sanjay has been a catalyst for organizational growth. Over the past 10 years, he has been dedicated to empowering businesses to embrace data-centric strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and sharpening their competitive edge. A specialist in data architecture, machine learning and artificial intelligence, Sanjay is poised to spearhead FourthSquare’s Data and AI practice, driving innovation and transformation in this evolving marketplace.

For over 25 years Anil has been helping the world’s leading companies with their ERP transformations and cyber security solutions. Anil’s experience includes helping enterprise organizations to build, scale and grow their ERP footprint. He has been part of large-scale implementations and support activities at various clients across US, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific.

Srijib is a subject matter expert in HCM technologies with strong experience in HCM consulting, transformation and managed services with focus in Public Sector and K-12. Srijib previously worked with some of the world’s largest consulting companies namely AST, Deloitte, PwC, IBM and Infosys in different capabilities primarily as Delivery Manager, Solution Architect and Functional Lead

Sid comes with more than 18 years of experience in Oracle EPM space. He has significant experience on budgeting and financial planning at various Public Sector clients with many successful project go-lives of end-to-end implementations in EPM. Sid has previously worked for Oracle EPM Cloud product team while as Oracle leading Workforce Planning and Capital Planning modules. He’s had successful implementations of complex solutions on position budgeting and operating budgeting due to his in-depth knowledge of Public sector clients. Sid has earlier worked with AST, Oracle and Infosys as EPM Practice Lead and other roles.

Sid is sports savvy who loves playing Squash, Badminton, Basketball, Table Tennis, Cricket, Carrom and Chess. He likes to go cycling over the weekends with his friends and cherishes spending time with his son and daughter.

Krishna R Kuna, Associate Director, is a results-driven Oracle Delivery Manager with over 18 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex Oracle Payroll Cloud projects. With expertise in US and Canada payroll implementations, he has successfully managed 10+ full lifecycle cloud implementations, upgrades, and support projects across diverse industries such as state and local governance, insurance brokerage, telecom, manufacturing, healthcare, and airlines. His strong background spans solution architecture, stakeholder management, business analysis, and functional consulting, with hands-on proficiency in payroll, benefits, time and labor, absence, compensation, and HR modules. Krishna is adept at managing onshore/offshore teams, driving continuous improvement through Agile frameworks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. A certified Oracle Payroll Cloud and Global Human Resources Implementation Specialist, he has previously worked with Oracle, TCS, Cognizant, and Tech Mahindra. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad and is recognized for his strategic leadership, initiative, creativity, and practical problem-solving approach.
